Loan Sources

One of the first steps along the road to home ownership is determining how much home you can afford. There are a great many on-line loan resources such as Ditech, Quicken, Lending Tree, and many others. Their web sites will offer you the opportunity to use their calculators and to apply for a loan, but most borrowers still prefer to work with brick-and-mortar operations with flesh-and-blood loan officers. I feel the personal approach is the best, especially when dealing with this very crucial aspect of the home-buying experience. Below is a short list of Loan Officers who have established their ability to find the loans that best suit their clients and make sure that all the details are taken care of in time for closing. AN IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT LET JUST ANYONE RUN A CREDIT CHECK ON YOU! TOO MANY INQUIRIES AGAINST YOUR CREDIT HISTORY WILL ADVERSELY AFFECT YOUR FICO SCORE, AND MAY RESULT IN YOUR PAYING A HIGHER INTEREST RATE, OR FAILING TO BE ABLE TO GET A LOAN.
