office travels with me! Wherever I go, I can access the Multiple Listing
Service, send and recieve e-mail, draft contracts, estimate net proceeds
and closing costs, print listing information and much more.
This means that you will get service when and where it is convenient
for YOU! It also means that I can be productive wherever I am, giving
me more time to serve your needs.

Every day it seems there is some new way to communicate
with my clients, some great, some not. I draw upon all the resources
available to me to make sure you get the information you are looking
for in a manner that suits your needs. One of the great services
I offer is the VIP Buyer's Club, which automatically emails new listings matching
your search criteria every day so you don't have to worry about missing
out on hot new properties. For those who enjoy a hands-on, self-managed
approach, there's the Home Buyer's Scouting Report - a client-managed
on-line Multiple Listing Service database. Or, if you prefer, I can
manage your search personally to find that "just right" home you have
been looking for.
